I am D K Sahoo, Convener, SCOPES-2016, and faculty of Centurion University welcome you to the International Conference, SCOPES 2016 organized by Centurion University, Odisha, and Technical Co-sponsored by IEEE from 3rd to 5th Oct 2016. The theme of Conference is “Signal Processing, communication, Power and Embedded systems”.
Centurion University is a Multi Faculty State Private University. Its focus is on Skill Integrated Higher Education. It is a community outreach focused University.
As many know Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers is the world’s largest Technical Professional Society—promoting the development and application of Electro Technology and Allied Science for the benefit of humanity, the advancement of the profession and the well-being of our members.
Centurion University submitted the proposal to conduct this International Conference to IEEE on 12th April 2016 and got the approval on 3rd June 2016. As a Convener, I sought support from the Professional Group of Conference, Vishakhapatnam and their kind support for the conference is acknowledged.
The conference is fortunate to have 1107 paper submissions. Out of these we accepted 629 papers. 425 papers will be presented in this conference. The conference has attracted participants from 22 countries such as BANGLADESH, BHARAIN, BOTSWANA, CHINA, EGYPT, ETHOPIA, GERMANY, IRAQ, MALDIVES, MEXICO, NIGERIA, NORWAY, PAKISTAN, POLLAND, SLOVAKIA, SOUTHAFRICA, SRILANKA, TAIWAN, TURKEY, UAE, UGANDA, USA and many parts of INDIA. The papers are from the areas of Signal Processing, Communication, Power System, Embedded Systems, Image Processing, Soft Computing, Robotics, Data Mining and Electric Drives.
